Training Package Pricing
Unlike most casino surveillance trainers, I am no longer hiding the basis of my pricing. I do not give different quotes to people for the cost of my training.
Therefor I am going to line out for you the cost of each of the packages listed on the Training Options page
Here is the formula for the pricing: Each of the sections–alternatives based on your own casino–takes a specific number of training hours, with some give and take depending on the staff member doing the training. The pricing is determined by the price I would charge per person for the same classes if delivered in a formal training seminar, times ten. In other words, you get a permanent training program in place, including all the materials, photos, videos, for the amount you would pay in training fees alone for ten people.
So, if the classes would take two days, I would charge a base price of $700 per person; for a three-day seminar, I would charge $900 per person. These rates alone are much less than what is charged by other trainers in the business, including one for whom I wrote the materials.
This of course ignores the fact that if you sent ten people you would also be paying for airfare times ten, hotel times ten, meals or per diem times ten, plus possibly overtime for the people covering positions while a small number of staff went away for training. I do not include these other expenses in the pricing formula.
Therefore, YOU ARE BUYING A TRAINING PACKAGE FOR PERMANENT USE, which is going to cost you approximately the amount it would take to send FIVE people to outside training, and which you can use over and over, as many times as you need, for much more effective and consistent training of your personnel.

These have been seriously discounted due to the fact that it is unlikely that ten or more people will be logging these courses over the first year. Regardless, the value of these is greater because of the enhanced ability of Supervisors to improve the effectiveness of the Surveillance Department. These courses can be delivered to anyone who has passed the tests for the materials in Level I.
Level II, Surveillance Supervisor (twenty to thirty hours): $4000
Level III, Director’s Course (twenty to thirty hours): $3000
